📌 Important: Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to be flexible. However, to respect our time and other clients, we have a strict cancellation policy in place:

💳 Card details are required at the time of booking.
❌ Missed Appointments: Clients who do not show up will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
⏳ Late Cancellations (under 48 hours’ notice): A 50% fee will be charged.
🔄 Online Cancellations: Clients who cancel online will be charged automatically.
